August Wachter (Co-Owner)
August Wachter is a dedicated community leader and entrepreneur based in Salt Lake City. As long as he can remember he has loved to solve problems and serve others.  His Grandfather was a carpenter and he has spent a good portion of his life learning how things are built and solving the intricate problems building creates.
August is also the proud owner of Auggies Doggies Adventures, a beloved dog training and pet sitting business and a Best of the Beehive awardwinning buiness, serving the needs of pets and their owners throughout the Salt Lake Valley for the last 17 years.
Service has been at the heart of who he is and as the President of Foothill Youth Baseball Association, August is deeply committed to fostering youth sports and creating opportunities for local kids to build teamwork, discipline, and confidence on and off the field. ​Whether coaching kids, caring for pets, or supporting local causes, August focuses on solving problems and giving back, strengthening the connections that make Salt Lake City a great place to live and work.  It is with these strengths he will help others by bringing their homes back to their original state. Â
John Trent (Co-Owner)
Following a distinguished 20+ year career as a Green Beret in the U.S. Army, John has returned to his roots, bringing a unique and powerful skillset to the water restoration industry. His dedication to exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional outcomes stems from his strong foundation in the family construction business and his military service, where he honed his discipline, teamwork, and—crucially—his problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
As an IICRC-certified Advanced Water Restoration Technician with specialized training in hazardous material remediation (lead, mold, and contaminated sewage), John combines this real-world construction experience with his rigorous training to address any water damage challenge. His background also includes a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, further demonstrating his commitment to health and safety. When disaster strikes, you need someone who can handle the challenge. John is that person.
